Terms of Service

StopFlag is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("StopFlag", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

StopFlag analyzes short-form videos and image reels against TikTok and Instagram policy patterns and Creator Rewards eligibility heuristics, and helps you build compliant reels. Scan results are informational guidance generated by AI. They are not a guarantee of platform approval, monetization, or reach.

• You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EU) to use StopFlag.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One human per account. No automated sign-ups.

You keep all rights to videos, images, audio, captions, and hashtags you upload ("Your Content"). You grant StopFlag a limited license to process Your Content solely to deliver the service — running scans, generating reports, rendering exports, and (if you click Publish) posting it to the platform you connected.

You confirm you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate the law.

Don't use StopFlag to:

• Upload content depicting child sexual abuse or any illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or dox anyone.
• Reverse engineer the service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.
• Resell scans or API access without a written agreement.
• Submit content you don't own or have permission to scan and (if applicable) publish.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Severe violations (child safety, illegal content) are reported to the appropriate authorities.

• The free tier includes [3] scans per day, reset at midnight UTC.
• Paid plans are billed by Stripe in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from in-app billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; we don't pro-rate refunds except where required by law.
• Prices and plan limits may change with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app banner.

If you connect a third-party account, you authorize StopFlag to act on your behalf for the scopes you granted. You can disconnect at any time from in-app Settings, which revokes our tokens. Posting to a third-party platform is subject to that platform's terms, and StopFlag is not responsible for content moderation decisions, reach, monetization, or account actions taken by that platform.

Scan results are produced by large language models and can be wrong. You're responsible for the final decision to post. StopFlag is not liable for platform takedowns, demonetization, suspensions, or earnings impact based on acting (or not acting) on a scan result.

StopFlag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StopFlag's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) [USD 100]. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

You can delete your account anytime from in-app Settings or via the Data Deletion page. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms.

We'll post material changes here and update the date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY], without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [CITY, STATE / COUNTRY].
